The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.

Overall we had a really pleasant stay. - Check-in and check-out were swift. - The lady at the front desk was courteous and accommodating. - They kindly loaned us a luggage scale, which was greatly appreciated. - The rooms were exceptional in terms of both comfort and functionality. - The level of hygiene maintained by the establishment is top-notch. - The air conditioning was effective and maintained a comfortable temperature. - The room service staff promptly replenished all our towels. - The beds provided were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. - The location is exceptionally convenient.

I thank everyone who cleaned the room, and I also want to specifically note that it was my birthday and the hotel management paid attention to this, even gave a small gift. This hotel has a wonderful location and easy parking. The quality of the hotel is far, far above the price we paid. I honestly would have expected to have paid 3 times as much after seeing the hotel. everything about it was perfect. The staff were wonderful. Our room was so large it felt more like a suite than a budget hotel room. The location is perfect for Camp Nou as well as for visiting the sights within the city. There is a metro station located very close but we chose to walk in order to enjoy the city. I will be using this hotel again on my next trip to Barcelona. It is absolutely perfect. Thank you to the staff who's English is far better than my Spanish. They made me feel very comfortable.

Very well situated hotel not far from the metro station. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a variety of products. Nice roof top swimming pool.
