Reception team, specially Jorge, are amazing, we had some many questions and doubts about some basics and they guided us perfectly, sometimes having Google is not, you need local support. The location of the hotel and our room view were amazing, all the rest is NH style and standard, great room, bathroom, breakfast, facilities, building …. I’m big fan of NH so I knew what to expect from the very beginning.

Well run hotel with wonderful staff. The room was large and comfortable. Having a metro pass allowed my access to all of Barcelona. The gym on the top floor was nice with enough space and equipment to start my day. The weather was too cold to try the pool, but I imagine it would be great on a hot day.

Spotless Clean Spacious room with a view at 10th floor ! Very helpful personnel always with a smile. Nice/quite neighborhood, with metro station nearby at 200 m walking distance. Variety of shops and coffee-shops near hotel. Is an ideal location for exploring Barcelona !

The hotel was a few minutes walk to a subway station and to bus stops so it made it easy to get around using local transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room size was okay and everything was very clean. The AC worked very well. Unfortunately the walls were a bit thin and I had a very noisy neighbor, but for the most part it was a very comfortable stay.

The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.

The hotel was super nice for the price we paid. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed on the 9th floor and, unexpectedly, had an amazing private terrace outside our room with views of Camp Nou (even though it was under construction). We mainly used taxi to get around, but overall, it was in a great location.

I came on a city break with my 8 year old boy. The staff treat him like a king. From reception staff, to chefs, to cleaning crew, all were so amazing. The pool and terrace, especially in the evening, was beautiful. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well looked after by the daily cleaning staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each day. The location was perfect as we could be in the city centre via the metro in 15 minutes (including the 3 minute walk to the local station from the hotel), but then be out of the city to relax later in the day. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Gemma for been so awesome.

Overall we had a really pleasant stay. - Check-in and check-out were swift. - The lady at the front desk was courteous and accommodating. - They kindly loaned us a luggage scale, which was greatly appreciated. - The rooms were exceptional in terms of both comfort and functionality. - The level of hygiene maintained by the establishment is top-notch. - The air conditioning was effective and maintained a comfortable temperature. - The room service staff promptly replenished all our towels. - The beds provided were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. - The location is exceptionally convenient.
